ManchesterSenior Digital Marketing Manager
£55,000 to £65,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)
Manchester, in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office at least twice a week
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our brand-new Quick Commerce Aggregator team. Our Peckish app makes life easier for customers by offering delivery from local independent retailers. You’ll lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the app and website as we re-launch and aim for ambitious growth targets. Expect a fast-paced, start-up feel backed by the resources of a 180-year-old organisation, plus flexible working and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.
Why this role matters
Peckish is all about convenience and community, helping customers get what they need quickly while supporting local businesses. Your work will drive awareness, engagement, and growth for a service that connects people to their favourite retailers, creating a seamless experience and making a real difference to customers and communities.
What you’ll do
• Be responsible for our overall marketing strategy for our Peckish app and website, to drive new customer acquisition, sales and retention
• Lead and develop our paid, owned and earned media strategy to drive the Peckish proposition

• Support in delivering the creative and brand strategy, working with our internal brand teams and creative agencies
• Analyse digital and customer data to understand how we can tactically optimise performance and strategically grow our customer base
• Identify emerging trends and be proactive to make sure we are inline or ahead of the market
• Collaborate and support retailers who are listed on Peckish, alongside supporting your fellow leadership team across sales, trading, operations and account management

• A strong digital marketing background with experience in ecommerce
• An enthusiasm for analytics, data, performance marketing, CRM and social media
• Experience working across multiple workstreams and the ability to organise priorities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
• A strong commercial acumen, with preferred experience of managing a budget
