We’ve got plenty of roles across Co-op where you can put your degree to good use. From Trainee Solicitors and Software Engineers to Retail Managers and Funeral Arrangers, there are so many great opportunities on offer throughout the year. While we don’t offer a formalised graduate programme, we do offer competitive salaries, hybrid working (in our support centres), great benefits, plenty of personal development opportunities and the chance to make a difference to local communities.

We offer placement opportunities across our Digital Technology & Data and Commercial teams; from Cyber Security and Architecture to Food Policy and Product Development - and plenty in between.

Digital Technology & Data
Work Experience
Co-op offers a limited number of work experience placements of up to 10 days. We’ll help you develop your employability skills and understanding of the workplace, and inform your future career choices. To arrange work experience, speak with your local Co-op Store Manager or keep an eye out for opportunities (including internships) on jobs.coop.co.uk.
We also offer Virtual Work Experiences placements each year in the summer. Keep an eye on this page for more information.
