Find your Co-op job

Search

We’re always looking for great people to join our Co-op Digital Technology and Data (DT&D) and Nisa IT teams and, as a current Co-op colleague, you can be rewarded for recommending a friend or family member to join us.

If they're successful in their application and complete their 13-week probation period, you'll receive £500 in the following month's payslip.

All you need to do is complete this form. We’ll then reach out to the person you’ve referred and provide them with a link to apply.

Who can make a referral?

The scheme is open to all Co-op colleagues to refer a friend or family member for our current vacancies in Co-op DT&D and Nisa IT.

What roles are included in the referral scheme?

We’re always looking for great talent to join our Co-op DT&D and Nisa IT functions. You can see which roles we’re recruiting for at the moment by visiting our careers website.

What’s the reward?

If, following your referral, your referee is successfully hired into a role and completes their 13-week probation period, you'll receive £500 in the following month's payslip.

Payments will be made on the dates specified above wherever possible, but please allow up to one month’s leeway for processing.

How can I make a referral?

Once you’ve identified a friend or family member you’d like to recommend, all you need to do is complete this form. We’ll then contact them and provide them with a URL they can use to apply online. To make sure the referred candidate has ample time to submit their application once contacted, we encourage you to complete the form above as soon as possible.

Please Note: Only referrals made following this process will be eligible.
