What is the pay for warehouse operatives?

Currently it's £11.82 base hourly rate, plus £1.78/hr weekend shift allowance, £1.78/hr back shift allowance and £2.96/hr night shift allowance plus plenty of benefits.

We have both Class 1 and 2 (Cats C & C+E) drivers on site.

What is the pay for drivers?

Class 1/Category C+E - £17.37 base hourly rate plus £2.63/hr weekend shift allowance and £1.41/hr unsocial shift allowance (between 7pm-3am)

Class 2/Category C - £16.85 base hourly rate plus £2.55/hr weekend shift allowance and £1.37/hr unsocial shift allowance (between 7pm-3am)
