Our Digital product and design team is made up of small, self-directed product teams. They typically include User Researchers, Designers, Delivery Managers, and Product Managers, who collaborate with colleagues across our wider Digital Technology and Data team to create user-friendly digital products, services, and platforms.

Our technology teams build the digital products, services, and platforms that meet users’ needs and provide value to our customers, colleagues, and member-owners. This involves a lot of hard work and collaboration across teams like Information Security & Risk, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Architecture & Design, and Business Platforms. No matter where you join, you’ll be part of a community that regularly shares knowledge and experiences.

Our data teams are made up of colleagues with a wide variety of skills and expertise. The data enablement team includes roles like Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and BI Developers, while our Advanced Analytics and Insight team includes roles like Data Analysts and Insight Managers. Together, they make sure we can put data at the heart of our decisions, helping us provide more value to our customers, colleagues, and member-owners.
