We’re looking for an Assistant Partnerships Manager to help bring one of our most exciting partnerships to life: Co-op Live, the UK’s newest and largest live entertainment arena.

Working alongside the Partnerships Manager, you’ll help deliver partnership activity that drives member acquisition, engagement, and brand impact. From managing exclusive member presales and Dreamseats experiences to supporting high-profile activations and campaigns, you’ll help make sure we maximise the value of our Co-op’s presence at one of the UK’s leading entertainment venues.

Why this role matters

Co-op Live gives us a unique opportunity to connect with members through unforgettable experiences. In this role, you’ll help bring our partnership to life in ways that strengthen member loyalty, attract new members, and showcase the value of being part of Co-op.

By delivering engaging activations, exclusive benefits, and seamless ticketing experiences, you’ll help make sure our partnership creates meaningful moments that matter to our members while supporting our Co-op’s wider growth ambitions.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and co-ordinate engaging activations and campaigns that drive member acquisition and engagement
  • Work closely with marketing, membership, brand, and venue teams to deliver activity
  • Manage partnership assets, contractual rights and ticketing processes, making sure activity is delivered on time and in line with brand standards
  • Monitor budgets, performance, and member engagement, spotting opportunities to maximise impact and return on investment
  • Oversee ticketing systems, reporting, and internal communications to support smooth delivery of partnership activity

What you’ll bring

We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:

  • Experience delivering partnerships, sponsorships, activations or marketing campaigns
  • Strong partner management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Commercial awareness and confidence using data to measure success and identify opportunities
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail

Why Co-op?

We’re an organisation that puts people and communities first, and we’re powered by purpose. We want this to be a place where you can thrive, so you’ll also receive:

  • An annual incentive scheme (based on business and personal performance)
  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
  • A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
  • 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands
  • Stream – early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
  • Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
  • 24/7 colleague support service
  • Training and support for your development and career progression
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
