At Co-op Wholesale, we bring together lots of experience, not only our much-loved Co-op products, and flexible retail options like ‘proud to stock Co-op’ but also our well-known convenience brand, Nisa.
We work with a wide range of partners, from large organisations and independent retailers to specialist shops and export businesses. Through our convenience-led supply chain, we offer an unbeatable fresh produce proposition, flexible store branding options, smart EPOS systems, and expert marketing and communications support.

Trading
Our Trading team are all about delivering great value and strong performance across a variety of different categories. Whether you’re a Category Analyst, Category Manager or Senior Category Manager, you’ll play a big role in shaping our wholesale margin, pricing, and trade plans.
You’ll work closely with our Co-op buying teams and supplier partners to build market-leading product ranges, driving your category’s success across multiple channels and helping us deliver for our customers and communities.
Propositions
Our Propositions team designs and delivers pricing, format, and promotional strategies that support over 2,400 independent retailers across the UK.
We use market insights to build strong, customer-led propositions that add real value to our partners. If you’re passionate about creating market-leading B2B offerings and helping businesses thrive, this could be the team for you.
Business Development
We’ve got exciting growth plans in Co-op Wholesale, and our Business Development team is right at the heart of making them happen. We’re focussed on unlocking new opportunities across independent retail and corporate clients, helping more partners benefit from everything our wholesale offer has to give.
This team is all about growth, collaboration, and driving us forward. From identifying new markets to shaping trusted partnerships, you are helping take Co-op Wholesale to the next level.

Customer Experience
Our Customer Experience team makes a real difference for our diverse wholesale partners, including independent retailers, corporate clients, and national accounts.
This team is all about helping our partners thrive by supporting their growth and helping them connect with customers in their local communities. From Social Media Specialists and Content Creators to Media and Marketing roles, you’ll help deliver a full, innovative communications and marketing package. That includes engaging communication, social media and PR, leaflets, point-of-sale materials, a personalised radio station, and much more to help our partners connect with their audiences in the right way, at the right time.
