Location: Remote, with occasional travel to one of our offices in Bristol, Manchester, Sheffield, or Stratford-upon-Avon (approx. twice a month)
About this role
We’re looking for a Marketing and Partnerships Executive to join us at Co-op Legal Services (CLS). In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how we connect with our member-owners and partners – creating meaningful content and campaigns that increase our brand visibility and support the growth of our CLS business. You’ll collaborate with a variety of teams and external partners to deliver co-branded materials, manage strategic campaign activities, and make sure our messaging is consistent, engaging, and compliant with regulatory standards.

What you’ll do
• Lead the creation and delivery of co-branded content across digital and print channels
• Manage marketing campaigns from planning to performance analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance
• Own the content calendar and develop engaging, audience-focussed materials
• Support product launches and brand initiatives with tailored content strategies
What you’ll bring
• Previous marketing experience
• Previous experience working in an SRA and/or FCA regulated business
• The ability to create engaging content that meets KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, traffic)
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver on time and within budget
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Good relationship-building and collaboration skills

You’ll join our wills & trusts department which is set up differently to traditional private practice law firms. Family law solicitors offer a wide range of family law legal services to our customers. Our areas of practice range from family law and divorce to legal separation and child custody.
Every year, our personal injury solicitors and litigation lawyers secure millions of pounds in compensation through personal injury claims for people injured in accidents through no fault of their own.
Our medical negligence solicitors specialise in recovering compensation for patients who have suffered medical negligence and medical accidents caused by healthcare professionals.
