Hybrid role, based near our depots in Newhouse or Lea Green with regular travel across these sites and occasional travel to other UK depots and our support centre in Manchester (find out more about our hybrid working policy at jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We’re looking for a Training Delivery Lead to join our Logistics Support Centre (LSC) team. This regional role will focus on coordinating and delivering high-quality, consistent training across our depots in Newhouse, Lea Green, Carrickfergus and Dalcross. You’ll work closely with the depot leadership teams to ensure new and existing colleagues receive the right training at the right time, helping us stay compliant and build capability across our logistics network.

Why this role matters

Training is essential to keeping our logistics operations safe, efficient, and future-ready. This role helps ensure our depots have the right plans and structures in place to deliver operational, safety, and behavioural training. You’ll play a key part in driving consistency across our sites, supporting change activity, and helping shape how we deliver training across logistics in 2026 and beyond.

What you’ll do

•    Coordinate and deliver operational, safety, and behavioural training across Newhouse, Lea Green, Carrickfergus and Dalcross depots
•    Make sure our depot teams have the right structures in place to deliver training and remain legally compliant
•    Maintain accurate training records to support audit readiness and regulatory standards
•    Work closely with the depot leadership teams to understand training needs and tailor delivery accordingly
•    Support other regional leads during periods of absence or high operational change
•    Deliver behavioural training sessions to managers on site
•    Contribute to national training development and share best practice across regions
•    Use technology tools (e.g. LMS, Office 365) to support training delivery and reporting
•    Travel across the UK depot network when needed to support colleagues and ensure continuity

What you’ll bring

We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:

•    Strong understanding of fast-paced operational environments like FMCG or logistics
•    Confidence delivering training content across various formats
•    Excellent communication and facilitation skills
•    Experience building positive relationships with a variety of internal partners across the business
•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in record-keeping and compliance
•    Competence in Office 365 and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
•    Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt your delivery to meet operational needs
•    The ability to travel regularly across regional sites and occasionally nationwide
