Up to £60,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)
Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working – typically two to three days per week spent across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe)

Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to shape what comes next. As a Project Manager in our Operational Delivery team, you’ll make sure new multi-site partners have a smooth start with us, and benefit from everything our wholesale offer has to give. From shop fits and re-fits to range, space, and merchandising support, you’ll bring the right teams together to give our partners everything they need to deliver a great in-store experience for their customers.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the full onboarding process for new multi-site partners, from contract signature through to supply
  • Collaborate with colleagues to make sure all teams are working together effectively
  • Spot problems and manage risks to keep everything on track and make sure onboarding is smooth
  • Keep our partners and colleagues updated throughout the entire onboarding process
  • Look for ways to improve how we onboard partners and make their experience even better
  • Get involved in other exciting projects to help drive the growth of Co-op Wholesale

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing operational projects within an FMCG environment
  • Experience co-ordinating projects across multiple teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Great communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • The ability to manage risks and plan for contingencies
  • Strong data analysis, cost tracking, and budget management skills
