We’re looking for a flexible, curious, and collaborative People Coordinator to join Co-op’s People team and support our Logistics network. Working closely with our Senior People Business Partner and wider team, you’ll help deliver great colleague experiences by supporting people processes, policies, and employee relations cases. You’ll also play a key role in rolling out new initiatives that build leadership capability and make Co-op a great place to work.

You’ll build strong relationships with site leaders and the wider People team, supporting our national logistics network. Your work will help bring our people strategy to life and create a positive impact for colleagues across Co-op.

What you’ll do

•    Support managers with guidance on key people priorities like performance, talent, engagement, attendance, and reward, with help from our HR and ER teams
•    Build positive relationships with union partners, business leaders, and colleagues to support initiatives and change projects
•    Use data and insight to spot opportunities for improvement and help make our processes better
•    Point managers to the right tools and resources to encourage a self-service approach
•    Champion Co-op’s vision, values, and commitment to inclusion in everything you do
•    Work flexibly as part of an agile People team, including travelling to other sites when required and supporting across all shifts

What you’ll bring

•    Experience building relationships and resolving challenges in a positive way 
•    A background or strong interest in people-focused or customer-facing roles 
•    Great organisational skills and a willingness to learn
