We’re looking for a Range Change Schedule and Process Manager who’s full of ideas and ready to make a real difference.

Why this role matters

As the UK’s biggest community retailer, it’s important that our ranges reflect what our customers need and expect from us. In this role, you’ll help us plan and deliver the work that gets the right products into our Co‑op Food stores at the right time for our customers. If you can bring the experience and fresh thinking we’re looking for, we’ll give you the chance to grow your career while making a positive impact in our communities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining our range change schedule so it supports our customer strategy and commercial goals, while being manageable for our stores, colleagues and infrastructure. You’ll use our PowerApp platform as the foundation for this work.
  • Owning and improving our range change processes, making sure they’re simple, effective and support the delivery of the schedule.
  • Tracking how we’re performing against the schedule and taking the right action when risks, challenges or delays appear.
  • Working closely with teams across the business to make sure the schedule stays relevant, prioritised and fit for purpose in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Supporting projects and ad‑hoc range changes, adapting processes and timings where needed so we can stay agile.
  • Helping shape and maintain our annual plan for range changes, making sure that it’s customer‑led, commercially sound and operationally efficient.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and partners across Co‑op to make sure we’re working together in the right way.

This role would suit you if you have

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
  • The ability to adapt quickly, understand complex problems and help shape practical, effective solutions.
  • Experience creating, maintaining or embedding processes, ideally within grocery retail or a supplier environment.
  • Able to pick up new systems quickly

  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
  • A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
  • Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
  • Coaching and training to support your career development
