We’re looking for a Lead CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Campaign Manager to join us at Co-op. If you’re passionate about creating brilliant customer experiences and building lasting relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.
In this role, you’ll shape our CRM strategy and plans across multiple channels, helping us connect with prospects, customers, and members at every stage of their journey. From welcoming new customers to nurturing loyalty, you’ll make sure every interaction feels personal and meaningful. It’s a busy, varied role where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact and develop your skills in an exciting area of our business.

What you’ll do
• Build an annual CRM plan that helps us meet Co-op’s commercial and community goals across direct channels like email, direct mail, and social
• Use your knowledge of CRM strategy and tools (including Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to design customer journeys that feel seamless and engaging
• Create frameworks for audience targeting, messaging, and testing so we can learn what works best
• Identify the data and insights we need to make smarter decisions
• Recommend how to allocate budget across audiences and channels to achieve our objectives
• Work closely with business units and key stakeholders to bring plans to life
• Champion CRM across the business, helping colleagues understand its value and how it supports our strategy
This role would suit people who have
• Previous CRM experience and a good understanding of marketing tech platforms
• Experience working across multiple channels like email, SMS, app, and direct mail
• The ability to turn data into clear recommendations
• A strategic mindset and a knack for planning ahead
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of P&L
• Great relationship-building skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally
