Assistant Partnerships Marketing Manager
£40,800 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working – typically two to three days per week spent across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe)

Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next. As an Assistant Partnerships Marketing Manager in our brand-new Customer Experience team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering marketing that supports our independent retailers (like Nisa). You’ll collaborate with team across the business to engaging create local campaigns that build loyalty and drive growth.

What you’ll do

  • Help shape and deliver bespoke marketing campaigns for independent retailers and key accounts
  • Work closely with sales, retail, and field teams to understand partner needs and align activity
  • Co-ordinate the creation of localised campaign assets and templates with our creative team
  • Support the rollout of key account marketing initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and gather feedback to improve future content
  • Keep our asset library up to date, including POS, email templates, and social content

What you’ll bring

  • Experience managing marketing campaigns for different audiences
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with internal and external partners
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, design templates, or basic creative tools
  • A creative mindset and the ability to turn ideas into practical, partner-ready content
