£35,500 to £38,500 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

Manchester city centre, hybrid working - in this role we’ll look to you to come into the office up to 2 days a week and the rest working from home.

2 x 12-month fixed term contract roles available

We’re looking for two Supply Chain Analysts to join our Supply Chain team at Co op.

In these roles, you’ll play a key part in helping our stores offer a great shopping experience, making sure the right products are on the shelves, at the right time, especially during new store openings and refits. It’s all about making things simpler and better for our customers and our colleagues in store.

You’ll use your analytical skills to understand what’s working (and what isn’t), helping us reduce waste and improve availability. You’ll also be the main point of contact for stores, building strong relationships and using feedback to shape smarter, more effective forecasts.

This is a great opportunity to build your skills and make a real difference as we continue to grow.

What you’ll do

• Support the setup and launch of new and refit stores, making sure systems and data are set up accurately so stores can trade smoothly from day one.
• Track how new and refit stores are performing, sharing insights and working with Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve any issues
• Use SAP and other systems to analyse store performance, manage data and support accurate forecasting (if you don’t have SAP experience, don’t worry, you can learn on the job)
• Use data and insights to support decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy
• Spot opportunities to reduce waste and improve product availability for our customers
• Support strategic projects and suggest ideas to help us keep improving
• Build strong, trusted relationships with store teams and colleagues across Supply Chain
• Promote a clear and consistent approach to driving profitable sales in stores

This role would suit people who

• Are confident working with data; you can spot trends, draw insights and turn them into action
• Pick up new systems quickly and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong Microsoft Excel skills (you’re confident using formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Can build great relationships and work collaboratively with different teams
• Can adapt quickly and stay organised when priorities change

• A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
• Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
• Coaching and training to support your career development
