You’re going to university!

Let Co-op help you on your journey

Congratulations on securing your place at university! You’re no doubt excited to begin your studies but what about your job? Starting university doesn’t have to mean leaving your role at Co-op. If you’d like to continue working while you study, you may be able to transfer to a store close to your new campus or address.
Before you get started, there are a few things to think about:

  • What are the nearest Co-op stores to where you’ll be living or studying?
  • How will your availability and working hours fit around your course schedule?
  • Will a suitable vacancy be available when you move?

At Co-op we’re focused on helping our colleagues, grow, learn, and develop and we want to make transferring between stores as easy as possible. We’ll help you make connections with store managers in your new area and get the answers you need to see if transferring is a possibility for you. *

Complete the details here and we’ll be in touch to discuss the next steps.

* We cannot guarantee that there will be a vacancy in your new area or that there will be an exact match to the role you currently have.  However, we’ll help to support you in registering interest for roles and start up conversations with managers in the area. Excluding all franchise stores and current franchise colleagues.
