At Co-op, we’re committed to making our recruitment process inclusive. We believe AI can be powerful tool to level the playing field and create a fairer experience for people. But we also recognise that using AI too much can reduce authenticity. So, we want to be clear about our position and share what we do, and don’t, encourage when applying for our roles.
What matters most
AI can be helpful, but we value the human side of things more. It should support, not replace, your personal skills and input. We want to hear from the real you!
