Our tech, data and digital teams help to drive co-operation. Whether it's through the systems that connect our colleagues, the insights that underpin our strategy, or the platforms where we engage with our members and customers – these teams have a vital role to play in delivering our Co-op purpose. From technical disciplines like software, platform and data engineering, to enterprise architecture, information security and the wide range of roles comprised in multi-disciplinary agile delivery teams. Our data teams work in multifunctional squads, bringing together different capabilities and skill sets. We aim to build a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and we support our colleagues in their development, training and professional accreditation.
We’re creating a new centre of excellence for data. Together we'll help Co-op to get more from our data so that we can provide greater value to members, customers, colleagues and communities.
