Our data teams work in multifunctional squads, bringing together different capabilities and skillsets. We’re building a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and we support our colleagues in their development, training and professional accreditation.
We’re also creating a new centre of excellence for data. Together, we'll help Co-op to get more from our data so that we can provide greater value to members, customers, colleagues and communities.
