Senior Q-Commerce Marketing and Propositions Manager
£55,000 to £65,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing and Propositions Manager to join our brand new Quick Commerce Aggregator team.
Our aggregator app makes customers' lives easier by offering them delivery services from local independent retailers. We’re setting up a new team to re-vamp and re-launch the app, and we’ve got some pretty ambitious growth targets to meet over the next few years.

What you’ll do
- Be responsible for our overall marketing plan for our aggregator app
- Support retailers who are part of our app, working alongside our Account Managers
- Create monetisation opportunities in the platform, working with big brands on media planning to support leveraging their brands within independent retailers
- Build the app marketing proposition to drive sales and order volumes
- Be responsible for the merchandising of the platform, looking at ways to personalise and create the most compelling customer experience
- Identify emerging trends and be proactive to make sure we are inline or ahead of the market
- Analyse customer data to understand who our customers are in order to acquire a bigger customer base and retain them
- Create and support the team to deliver a strategy to drive more customers to the platform
This role would suit people who have
- A strong marketing and merchandising background with experience in ecommerce
- Experience working across multiple workstreams and the ability to organise priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to sell our proposition to key partners
- Commercial experience with the ability to manage budgets and P&L’s
- Experience of managing a team
