Q-commerce Regional Account Manager
£35,000 to £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our brand new Quick Commerce Aggregator team.
Our aggregator app makes customers' lives easier by offering them delivery services from local independent retailers. We’re setting up a new team to re-vamp and re-launch the app, and we’ve got some pretty ambitious growth targets to meet over the next few years.

What you’ll do
- Be responsible for making sure that set up is seamless for our retailers using the aggregator app
- Resolve issues raised by partners to proactively prevent complaints and escalations
- Adapt your working style to collaborate with a variety of different clients, from independent retailers to larger retail organisations
- Share feedback with peers and wider aggregator teams to improve overall proposition and offering for retailers and customers
- Identify new opportunities to be more effective and creative in the marketplace to improve retailer interaction and overall customer experience
- Create reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction and operational metrics for weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Collaborate with external technology partners, FMCG suppliers, Nisa Group, FRTS, Franchisee and out internal teams
This role would suit people who have
- Strong knowledge of the Quick Commerce market
- Experience with legal contracts with the ability to identify any potential issues
- The ability to analyse data to identify themes
- The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate through a variety of channels and audiences
