£26,000- £31,000 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6B)
Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work dependent upon business needs

We’re looking for a Data Integrity Analyst to join our Optimisation Centre. We’ll look to you to provide support across the business to colleagues that process and manage data.
You’ll make sure they have better visibility of data quality and find the cause of any issues, feeding this back to the data owners with a resolution. You’ll also support the transition between legacy systems and SAP, undertaking accurate data reviews and audits. What you’ll do:
- Provide support to data owners, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of information to support operations
- Be the subject matter expert and trustee of data, establishing requirements and assessing data quality
- Use triage to resolve data issues from across the business, feeding issues and fixes back to the data owners
- Look at process improvements and data optimisation, deliver workshops for recurring trends/issues and review and create training materials
- Work across legacy and SAP systems, undertaking data reviews and audits
- Build dashboards/scorecards to support data owners improve the quality of data
- Develop data accuracy metrics and utilise tools to monitor data quality
- Collaborate with business process partners to support process changes
This role would suit people who have:
- Experience of working with data processes with knowledge of CTS and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking with complex problem-solving skills
- The ability to confidently use Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting, V-look ups)
- The ability to collaborate across functions and develop positive relationships with internal partners, providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities
