Systems Analyst 

£40,000 to £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

12 month fixed-term contract / secondment 

We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Property team here at Co-op to help us to continue to develop the best property portfolio for our customers, colleagues and member-owners. In this role, you’ll make sure we have robust tools in place across the Property Strategy, Insight and Programme team. We’ll look to you to make sure we drive the continuous improvement of all systems, supporting others to get the most out of our tools by sharing your own knowledge. 

What you’ll do

  • Maintain and develop all key systems used within Property Strategy, Insight and Programme; including GIS, databases and data dashboards 
  • Work closely with other teams in Property Strategy, Insight and Programme to help drive innovation and efficiencies through continuous improvement of tools, data and processes
  • Build relationships with external partners, including Technology, system suppliers and consultants 
  • Support end users across the team to help them get the most out of available tools 

This role would suit people who have

  • Experience with GIS platforms, either as a developer or system administrator
  • Experience of developing and maintaining tools and systems, ideally within a location planning environment 
  • The ability to work with a range of partners to solve problems through innovative solutions 
  • Experience supporting users with various tools and systems 
  • A passion for continuous improvements
