We’re looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join us in Manchester on a 36-month fixed-term contract, as part of our wider Digital Technology & Data team. In this role, you’ll provide the technical services used by our Co-op Legal Services (CLS) colleagues. We’ll look to you to play a key role in designing and delivering workflows for an exciting programme to onboard a new SaaS legal Case Management System (CMS). This is a hybrid opportunity, and you’ll split your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
What you’ll do
- Design solutions and workflows for our browser-based legal CMS
- Carry-out low code, configuration, and coding to help deliver solutions
- Work closely with our programme team and vendors to deliver solutions
- Support and mentor your colleagues and guide them in their development
This role would suit people who have
- Experience of browser-based legal case management software development using low code (e.g., ShareDo)
- Experience working with complex workflows
- The ability to take a concept from design through to a fully-built solution
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical language for a non-technical audience
- Good relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
