We’re looking for a Lead Technology Delivery Manager to join us in Manchester on a 36-month fixed-term contract, as part of our wider Digital Technology & Data team. In this role, you’ll work alongside our Principal Delivery Manager and take ownership of the delivery of systems integrations for our Co-op Legal Services (CLS) business area. We’ll look to you to lead a multi-disciplinary team of colleagues and contribute to an exciting technology transformation programme. What you’ll do
- Be accountable for the successful delivery of the systems integrations to support the introduction of new technology used by our CLS colleagues
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to co-ordinate third-party supplier delivery
- Be the main point of contact for your team, co-ordinating delivery timescales and managing partner expectations
- Facilitate continual planning, refinement, problem-solving, and retrospectives to empower team engagement and effective collaboration, continuous improvement and facilitate flow
- Highlight, manage, and mitigate risks, and dependencies
- Contribute to our community of practice, sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues
This role would suit people who have
- Experience delivering technology products and services across multiple teams
- Experience of facilitating deliver via multi-disciplinary teams
- A familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Good coaching and mentoring skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical language for a non-technical audience
- Good relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
