£37,000 – £45,000 plus great benefits (Work level 6A)

5 days over 7 working pattern – with some weekend working/on call cover required
We’re looking for a Data Integrity Team Manager to help lead a fundamental change in the way we manage data quality in our food business.
In this role you’ll lead a team of 10 (Data Coordinators and Data Analysts) – focusing on managing and improving data integrity through your team, working closely with data owners across our Food business to help solve their data problems.
To be successful you’ll need to be a ‘people person’ – someone who can build positive relationships with colleagues and gain a good understanding of their challenges. If you can be the subject matter expert we need, we can offer you the opportunity to help shape the data landscape and positively influence the performance of our business.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and motivate your team to drive and protect data integrity
- Engage and support data owners at various levels of the Food business
- Work with the Data Governance and Data Management teams to drive standards and policies
- Interpret and monitor trending information on data, developing and delivering a plan for data improvement
- Represent the Data Operations team at governance forums and working groups
- Support change initiatives, making sure data is maintained in SAP and legacy systems
