We’re looking for a Content Creator to join Co-op Wholesale as part of the Customer Experience team. Since 1977, we’ve championed independent retailers to thrive with Nisa – and now, we’re entering a bold new chapter as Co-op Wholesale. It’s the same spirit, with bigger ambition: bringing the power of Co-op to more local businesses than ever. And with that, exciting opportunities are on the rise, like this one.
We’ve set up a brand-new Customer Experience team to make a real difference for our varied wholesale customer base, including independent retailers, corporate partners and national accounts. This team is all about bringing focus, speed, and creating new ways of working. Getting the right messages to the right people and making sure our customers feel understood.
As a Content Creator, you’ll be a creative all-rounder who can bring stories to life across digital, print, events and media campaigns. You’ll create everything from videos and animations to photography and design, making sure it’s all on-brand, engaging, and built to last beyond just one campaign.
What you’ll do
• Shoot, edit, and design high quality visual content (video, photo, animation, graphics) that bring campaigns and brand stories to life
• Create assets tailored for a variety of different platforms and events, making sure they are professional, consistent and on-brand
• Edit and adapt content into multiple formats to be able to repurpose assets and maximise their reach
• Interpret briefs from across the business, understanding the objectives and contribute ideas to deliver visually impactful outcomes
• Keep all content aligned with brand guidelines, and help to evolve templates and formats for future use
• Manage multiple content briefs and projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Maintain an organised asset library, thinking of how content can be repurposed or adapted to deliver extended value
This role would suit people who have
• Experience and are comfortable working across different formats including photography, videography, and graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative suite or something similar
• The ability to work externally, building relationships with customers and senior partners
• Experience interpreting briefs from the business and managing multiple briefs in a fast-paced, changeable environment
• Experience designing content that can be adapted across platforms and channels
Why Co-op?

• An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
• 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
• A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
• Private healthcare for you and your family
• Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
• Coaching and training to support your career development
• Wagestream app – giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn
