Technology Service Owner – SAP
£40,000 to £47,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working)

We’re looking for a Technology Service Owner to join our ERP Technology team, within our wider Digital Technology & Data team, in Manchester. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of a high quality service for our SAP solution and collaborate with a wide range of partners to make sure our services are fit for purpose and effectively maintained. This is a hybrid opportunity, and you’ll split your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

What you’ll do

• Support the delivery of technology applications and services within our SAP platform
• Make sure that all technology is delivered to an appropriate level of quality
• Work alongside Developers, Application Engineers, and Architects to build, integrate, and configure applications
• Liaise with the information security team to make sure all applications and services align with the relevant information security guidelines
• Support the effective management of ITIL processes

This role would suit people who have

• Experience as a Technical Service Owner within a retail environment
• Experience supporting investigations into, and providing solutions for, performance issues
• A good understanding and awareness of ITIL processes
• Good communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
