- To drive the effective and consistent gathering of learning and development needs across transformation and BAU activity.
- To create a culture of accountability through the implementation of robust quality assurance, peer review and testing procedures.
- To continually review the effectiveness of learning content, in conjunction with subject matter experts, end users and the wider Design function.
- To build cross-functional relationships with the Optimisation Centre and the wider business senior leaders to ensure they are bought into the Programme and BAU training offer.
- Act with a continuous improvement mind-set; strive to continually deliver training that is cost effective, sustainable, and right for our end user.
- Accountable for the risk and issue management of the SAP Training team.
This role would suit people who have
- Proven experience in project management, leading through change and transformation initiatives.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and challenging senior leadership and third-party partners when required.
- Capable of managing multiple, cross-functional training programs and initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of project, design, and delivery specialists.
