Quick Commerce Assistant Information Manager 

£40,000 to £45,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A) 

Manchester City Centre, in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office at least twice a week (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy ). 

We’re looking for an Assistant Information Manager to join our Quick Commerce team. You’ll work with teams across Quick Commerce to streamline and improve access to data and reporting. You’ll support teams in obtaining their information quickly and efficiently. If you have a good understanding of data analytics and Quick Commerce trends, we can give you the opportunity to develop and build your career with a market leading Quick Commerce team. 

What you’ll do

  • Work with large data sets to build reports and dashboards using PowerBI and Micro Strategy 
  • Check dashboard updates and communicate with key partners and raise any potential issues 
  • Plan and complete your workload based on the overall Data & Reporting plan 
  • Embed change projects to ensure data and reporting for Quick Commerce is considered across Co-op
  • Liaise with internal partners within the function and cross-functionally to improve the understanding of data 
  • Identify and share opportunities to improve ways of working, making it easier for colleagues to access data  

This role would suit people who have

  • The ability to create reports and dashboards within PowerBI and Micro Strategy 
  • Experience working with large complex data sets and translating data concepts to a variety of audiences 
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present data insights to both internal and external partners 
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
