In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way, and you’ll spend around one day per month in the office for in-person team days and meetings (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We’re looking for a Marketing Insight Executive to join our Advanced Analytics & Insight team, part of our wider Digital Technology & Data function, on a 10-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll provide clear and valuable marketing and campaign performance insights to colleagues across our Food Retail, Funeralcare, and Life Services business areas. It’ll be up to you to measure and improve the performance of a wide variety of campaigns; sharing insights that can be used to make decisions that prioritise the needs of our customers and members.
What you’ll do
- Use performance and campaign insights to support the optimisation and improvement of marketing activity across Co-op
- Turn complex data into clear, accessible, and engaging insights
- Measure the commercial impact of the insights you provide
- Lead on insight projects to measure the success of various marketing campaigns, sponsorships, channels, and media(s)
- Manage ongoing research programmes to monitor campaign and activity performance
- Manage modelling projects and share findings with your colleagues
This role would suit people who have
- A background in Marketing, Media Buying or Insight/Research
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and explore improvement opportunities
- Good analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
