We’re looking for a Data Culture Analyst to join our Data Enablement team, part of our wider Digital Technology & Data function, on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. As a Data Culture Analyst, you’ll help our colleagues across Co-op to make the most of the data products available to them. You’ll support our Data Culture Manager to deliver engaging communications and training to colleagues, and utilise our Microsoft Power Platform tools to help automate our processes wherever possible.

What you’ll do
- Support the creation and delivery of training plans that drive the adoption of our data products
- Engage with colleagues at all levels of seniority and deliver show and tells, super-user groups, champion communities etc
- Plan and create clear, accessible, and engaging communications that promote the value and capabilities of our data products
- Analyse user statistics to understand the uptake of data tools – using these insights to inform future planning
- Create and maintain our solutions built through Microsoft Power Platform
- Work alongside our Data Culture Manager to plan and deliver change projects across the team
This role would suit people who have
- An understanding of various data products and how they apply to end-users
- Knowledge of, and experience using, Microsoft Power Platform
- An understanding of data literacy
- Good communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that is accessible for technical and non-technical audiences
- Good relationship-building and collaboration skills
- The ability to deliver training and communication plans to a wide range of audiences
