Delivery Manager – Continuous Improvement
£50,000 - £58,000 plus great benefits including up to 10% pension contribution (Work Level 5)
Manchester city centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office around once a week (and based on business needs)

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who’s passionate about continuous improvement to help us shape smarter, more cost-effective services across our Co-op Business Services (CBS) teams.
CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day’.

What you’ll do
• Lead improvement projects from start to finish – making sure they’re delivered on time, within budget, and make a real difference
• Work closely with teams to understand what’s working, what’s not, and how we can do things better
• Help people make good decisions by setting up clear ways to track progress and manage changes
• Keep everyone in the loop with honest updates – including any challenges, costs, or benefits
• Build strong relationships across the business and becoming a go-to person for advice and support
• Help us stay consistent in how we work and share good ideas across teams
• Encourage a positive, inclusive culture where people feel supported and respected
