Campaign Manager – CRM
£32,000 - £44,200 plus excellent benefits (Work Level 6A)
12-month fixed term contract

We’re looking for 2 motivated Campaign Managers to join our CRM (customer relationship marketing) team and help us to deliver targeted marketing campaigns that are truly customer focused, and reflect local customer needs and demographics.
As a campaign manager, it’ll be up to you to design and deliver dynamic campaigns across email, direct mail, and push notifications to engage our customers and members and help drive sales. As the UK’s leading food convenience and quick commerce retailer, number one funeral provider, a major general insurer, growing legal services business and the UKs largest entertainment venue, the campaigns you will deliver, provide a varied and exciting workload.
What you’ll do
- Co-ordinate CRM activity (email, direct mail and mobile push notifications), working with partners, making recommendations and helping to shape the programme
- Use Taxi for Email and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and deploy email and push notification campaigns
- Monitor and analyse all performance metrics and Google Analytics insights to optimise future campaigns and onward journeys, providing weekly and monthly analysis and recommendations
- Devise and run tests to increase open/view rates, clicks and conversions as well as deliver key business metrics
- Write/edit copy and choose/edit images, to populate email templates to create engaging campaigns
- Manage direct mail campaigns from briefing agencies through to production
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the wider marketing, data, digital and technology teams, as well as our partner agencies, to deliver shared ambitions and create aligned & on brand campaigns
This role would suit people who have
- Experience of working in an email and direct marketing role, with a strong understanding of best practice across multiple channels
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar email deployment tool)
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to challenge and influence a variety of internal and external partners
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of writing and/or editing copy
