Running alongside your current role, over two years you’ll split your time between on-the-job and classroom-based learning. Getting to grips with project management basics at the same time as working closely with Co-op colleagues, you’ll build your skills across the project lifecycle. And when you’ve mastered your apprenticeship, there’s the opportunity to put your learning into practice and manage your own projects.
It's a challenging programme which requires commitment and ability to balance your work and studies. To help you to succeed you’ll get 20% of your working hours away from the day job to complete your apprenticeship, as well as support from your line manager and a personal coach.

How to apply
We'd love to hear from you as long as you:
Don't have a project management qualification at level 4 or above and are committed to learning over 18-21 months
Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C and above (including maths & English) and have at least 2 A-levels at grade C or above (we’ll also accept any equivalent qualifications)
