Site Support Assistant - Day Shift
£12.45 - £14.32 hourly rate plus great benefits (£12.45/hr base rate plus £1.87/hr after 2pm)
Fixed Shifts - Monday & Thursday 7:30am – 2pm
Part time - 16 hours per week

We’re looking for a site support assistant to join the depot at Castlewood.
In this role, you’ll support a number of team managers and the senior operations team with every day administrative duties. No day will be the same as you help your colleagues with meeting and room bookings, minute taking and the organisation of the post. We’ll also look for you to help out on reception, meeting and greeting visitors and making sure that every external visitor that enters our depot has a warm welcome.
What you'll do:
- manage and organise meetings, including room booking and diarising invites
- take minutes and prepare information for meetings
- meet and greet visitors to the depot, provide swipe card access and talk through directions and health and safety information
- support site leadership team with admin activity
- order uniforms for staff
- raise and receipt purchase orders, using Coupa
- create weekly management reports (sickness/absence and repair/maintenance) to submit to finance
This role would suit someone who have:
- previous experience handling diaries and organising meetings
- a confident and outgoing approach
- excellent communication skills and able to work with people at all levels
- great attention to detail
- the ability to prioritise your work load and able to use your own initiative
- experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
