Service Analyst
Up to £40,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Manchester City Centre (hybrid working)

Please be aware there is a requirement for you to be part of the on-call rota for this role, including weekends and bank holidays.

We’re looking for a Service Analyst to join us in Manchester to help deliver on continual improvement opportunities for our products and services, making sure they’re designed, built, and operated to a high level of quality; contributing to our vision of ‘co-operating to build more value for our member-owners every day’. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way – splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

What you’ll do

  • Support the delivery of defined change management processes, taking into account the available resources and capacity within the team
  • Provide support to day-to-day operations, helping manage major incidents and perform routine health checks within the product team 
  • Carry out performance reviews alongside our Product teams and third party suppliers and integrate with problem management processes
  • Collaborate with our Delivery Managers to drive service readiness projects and implement service management principles

This role would suit people who have

  • Experience working in an agile, collaborative environment
  • An ITIL foundation qualification or the ability to demonstrate a depth of knowledge across multiple ITIL processes
  • The ability to prioritise your workload based on changes to business needs
  • A good understanding of any appropriate technology and its relevance to the business
