Senior Change Manager – 24 month fixed term contract

We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager to join our Transformation Design team in Manchester, where you’ll play a vital role in shaping our large-scale transformation projects. Your expertise will help us navigate change effectively and sustainably, ensuring that our initiatives not only meet deadlines and budgets but also resonate with our people.
In this role, you’ll be the guiding force for our stakeholders, helping them through transitions with empathy and clarity. Your collaboration with senior leaders will be essential as you help them understand the broader impact of change, empowering them to lead their teams with confidence. What you’ll do
- Work closely with teams across the wider business to identify colleagues impacted by changes
- Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and readiness assessments
- Coach colleagues of all levels of seniority to help them effectively lead their teams through change
- Collaborate with our training and development and communication experts to provide colleagues with the knowledge and information they’ll need to make the relevant change
- Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of our change management strategy, making any adjustments as necessary
This role would suit people who have
- Significant experience providing change management support to SAP initatives
- Significant experience of managing large-scale and complex change initiatives
- Knowledge and experience of PROSCI / ADKAR change management methodologies and tools
- Good relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and challenge people inclusively
- Good communication skills with the ability to translate intricate and complex information to non-technical audiences
