Quick Commerce Strategy Implementation Manager
£40,000 to £46,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We’re looking for a Strategy Implementation Manager to join our Quick Commerce team. You’ll analyse, challenge and articulate business needs to make sure change can be delivered through relevant delivery teams. We’ll look to you to analyse and document business processes which will be enabled through change delivery and support activity across various projects contributing to the delivery of the Quick Commerce Strategy. As a current market leader in Quick Commerce, we have big plans for growth over the next few years and this role gives you the exciting opportunity to really make a difference for our Co-op.
What you’ll do
- Support the Change Lead in delivery of key activity that will drive forward the Quick Commerce strategy Assist the Quick Commerce team with strategic evaluation of change
- Gather, analyse and take ownership of business requirements and produce high quality documentation using industry standard tools and techniques ensuring a clear route to delivery
- Provide supportive challenge to the business to make sure both financial and functional value is delivered
- Analyse and document business processes which will be enabled through change delivery
- Evaluate change, define processes, and contribute to business cases
- Work with a variety of internal colleagues to help with changes requests and clarifying requirements
- Participate in the full project lifecycle where relevant and advise where value can be added
This role would suit people who have
- Experience in documenting and refining requirements
- The ability to document processes, introduce new processes and land change successfully
- Experience of working within a programme / project delivery environment
- A good working knowledge of business technologies and the Q-Commerce Market
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external partners
