We’re looking for a Facilities Management (FM) Co-ordinator to join our property team and support the facilities management for our non-trading estate's portfolio.

At Co-op Property, we have around 2,500 units across 1,000 different locations, and we’ll look to you to support us in making sure we’re compliant across these portfolios. This is varied role where you’ll gain exposure across all our business areas, providing you the chance to develop your skills and build a rewarding career in an exciting area of the business.

What you’ll do:

•    Support the team to make sure that our non-trading estate is as compliant as possible 
•    Coordinate the day-to-day running of compliance across the non-trading estate
•    Create reports and provide insights to the wider team 
•    Manage remedial quotations for work that comes from compliance reports across the estate
•    Instruct compliance certification and make sure remedial action is taking place.

This role would suit people who have

•    A broad understanding of compliance within the property sector
•    A background in either residential or commercial property
•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyse data from different sources
