Business Change Analyst
£40,000 - £50,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

We’re looking for a Business Change Analyst to join our Transformation Design team in Manchester to support the effective delivery of our Co-op transformation portfolio. We’ll look to you to work collaboratively with project and business teams to develop an in-depth understanding of the impact of change(s) and make sure the right measures are in place to deliver them successfully and sustainably. 

As a Business Change Analyst, you’ll work across a variety of projects, with different-sized complexities or teams. It’ll be down to you to challenge, question, and prioritise changes to– regardless of whether it’s tech or non-tech related changes. What you’ll do

  • Support the delivery of the change management strategy and Business Change services
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across the business to gather data and inputs to support case for change development, impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning
  • Deliver project change plans to ensure the change lands successfully and sustainably.
  • Ownership of Change Impact Documents and mitigating change intervention plans
  • Collaborate with our business, communications and training and development experts to design and implement training, communications and engagement plans to support colleagues through change 
  • Define business readiness and change adoption metrics, monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of our change management interventions
  • Be a part of and support the service improvement of Change Management across the Co-op; helping to build Co-op's Change Management Capability

This role would suit people who have

  • Have experience leading multiple change initiatives and possess knowledge of the PROSCI/ADKAR change management framework, methodology, and tools, with a solid understanding of current change management-related industry practices.
  • The skill to use data-driven insights to inform  to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, shaping change management strategies.
  • The confidence to facilitate workshops, taking ownership of change management development, and effectively prioritising workloads.
  • Excel at building relationships, influencing, and constructively challenging stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Can communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way, collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
