Assistant Commercial Brand Partnerships Manager
£40,000 - £48,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Manchester city centre - in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office around twice a week. (There may also be some occasional evening or weekend work based on business requirements).
We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded Assistant Commercial Brand Partnership Manager to help us unlock the full potential of our sponsorships and partnerships — including Co-op Live and our iconic festival presence.

What you’ll be doing
• Unlocking new revenue streams by working closely with the Co-op Media Network and internal teams to maximise commercial and member value.
• Supporting product selection, pricing, and promotional strategies for Co-op Live and our festival stores.
• Creating integrated marketing campaigns that bring partner brands into Co-op stores in a way that feels seamless and exciting.
• Managing partnerships rights with precision by ensuring compliance and extracting full value from every opportunity.
• Keeping our brand and our partners aligned, so everything we do feels true to Co-op.
• Supporting with financial reporting and helping us track the impact of our partnerships.
• Building great relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and our partners to keep everything running smoothly.
We’re after someone who’s
• Proven experience in brand partnerships or sponsorships.
• Good understanding of retail environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable managing projects and juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic, creative, and commercially savvy.
• Great at spotting opportunities and turning them into something brilliant.
• A natural collaborator who enjoys working with others to get things done.
