Whether you’re a an established Co-op colleague who’s looking to develop your career , or an external candidate keen to kick start your career in finance, our programmes across finance, accounting, credit control and tax range from level 2 to level 7 – meaning there’s sure to be a suitable one for you.
What happens on the programme?
Whatever programme you join, you’ll get the combination of on-the-job and structured learning you need to become a top finance professional. Taking theory and applying it to our business, you’ll get to see how finance really works, supported every step of the way by teams in your chosen field. We offer:
Level 2 Accounts Assistant or Credit Controller
Level 3 Assistant Accountant or Advanced Credit Controller
Level 4 Accounting or Tax Technician
Level 7 Accountancy Professional
What’s in it for you?
Working alongside industry experts, you’ll get to play your part in helping our business operate, while earning a professionally recognised qualification such as AAT, ATT, CIMA and ACCA– all at no cost to you.
What’s more, if you’re new to Co-op or changing roles, our finance apprenticeships offer a great salary set at the rate for the role. On top of everything, you’ll have 20% of your working hours dedicated to learning and full support from your line manager and apprentice coach.
