- National Insurance number
- Proof of address (original document)
If you are a citizen of an EU country:
- EU Digital Share Code
- Please note EU passports are no longer accepted
- National Insurance number
- Proof of address (original document)
Any nationality that isn’t EU or UK:
- Digital Share Code or
- In date passport, accompanied by a visa. The passport and visa need to be in date and in the same passport number to be valid
- National Insurance number
- Proof of address (original document)
