Legal Case Manager – retrain opportunity

Up to £26,000 plus benefits

We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to join us as a probate case manager for our Stratford office. If you currently work in PI or another area of law and you’re looking for a change, we can offer you a fantastic opportunity to retrain and progress with a business that puts people at the heart of its strategy.

What you'll do:

• work closely with case managers, supporting with more complex cases and building your experience

• support with others and manage your own varied caseload of estate administration cases using a case management system

• accurately update cases and make sure information is always recorded correctly

• engage with clients by telephone and email primarily

This role will suit people who have:

• a law degree and fee earning experience

• a passion and drive for developing your legal career

• case management experience

• amazing communication and people skills

• excellent organisation and customer service skills
