We’re looking for an administrator to join our team in Sheffield and help us to make sure that every customer experience a great one. At Co-op Legal Services we are known for our ethical approach, innovative use of technology and commitment to members, customers and colleagues. We’re a leading provider of probate, estate planning and private client services, with a portfolio of commercial partnerships with blue chip clients in the financial advisory, insurance and banking sectors. 

In this role, you’ll support a team that communicates with our customers and our communities every day. We’ll look to you to send the required documents to our field sales force, providing the support they’ll need to give our customers the outstanding service that they expect. You’ll also conduct research to provide colleagues with information that’ll drive decision-making. It’s a great opportunity for you to build on your skills with a business that puts people at the heart of its strategy.

What you’ll do
• collate and send the required and relevant documents to either our customers and/or our consultants, based remotely, in a timely and accurate fashion 
• deal with related queries from colleagues based remotely and make outbound calls to customers 
• conduct research of relevant community groups in order to provide sufficient lead quantity to our marketing teams 
• support the team with general admin tasks where required

This role would suit people who have 
• some previous and recent experience in an admin role
• the ability to work comfortably in an unsupervised environment with the required energy to self-motivate 
• the ability to manage your own time and workload 
• a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• good communication skills, with the ability to building positive relationships with both colleagues and external parties
