Supply Chain Administrator
£18,000 - £21,000 plus benefits (Grade G11)

This role will involve working 12 weekend days per year
We’re looking for a supply chain administrator to join our FRTS (federal training and retail services) team, to help us to manage the data that makes our supply chain efficient and effective. As a supply chain administrator, we’ll look to you to provide our analysts with insightful and accurate data that’s vital to the success of our supply chain operation. You’ll identify and challenge any errors or discrepancies as you go, so a keen eye for detail is key. It’s about much more than data entry - you’ll have an important role to play in continually improving our processes.
What you’ll do
•analyse data to understand trends and progress of promotional sales
•interpret data to provide reports and insight to support the continuous improvement of our supply chain
•handle data governance issues and challenge any incorrect or conflicting data
•support supply chain analysts with any urgent queries
•link in with the wider supply chain logistics teams
•build meaningful relationships with internal and external partners across the business
This role would suit people who have
•a background in data analytics
•excellent IT skills with intermediate use of Microsoft Office
•skilled use of Microsoft Excel, preferably with experience of using VLOOKUP
•experience of analysing data from multiple sources
•experience of engaging with partners at varying levels
•excellent attention to detail
•great communication skills both written and verbal
