LondonCustomer Team Member – Co-op On The Go
Location: Co-op On The Go, 185 Old Street, London, EC1V 9NP
Pay: £13.85 per hour + great benefits including London allowance
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, part time
Working pattern: working a variety of shifts including, 6am to 12pm, 12pm to 6pm, 6pm to 12am including weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re currently recruiting Customer Team Members for our Old Street Co-op store, which is being refitted and due to open soon.
This isn’t your typical Co-op. It’s a completely new concept focused on food-to-go and delivery services through our trusted partners. You’ll help keep things running smoothly, serve customers quickly, and prepare food and online orders ready for delivery. We have a range of permanent contracts and we’re happy to discuss your availability at interview.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do
• Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working on our in-store food counter and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
• Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
• Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
• Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
