Make sure you have the time to apply. Some roles will need you to answer a few questions or upload your CV. So, relax and don’t rush it.

Know your stuff. Go over your application and CV and make sure you can talk about some specific examples that will show us just how brilliant you are.
Know our stuff too. Have a good look around this website and make sure you understand what we do and why we do it, in case we ask you about that.
Practice makes perfect. There isn’t a set format for our interviews, but there are some questions you can probably anticipate and get an answer ready for. Things like:
There’s a saying: ‘You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression.’ And it’s true! So, whether you’re invited to an interview or an assessment centre remember to make our lasting impression of you a good one.
You don’t need to buy a new outfit, but you do need to look professional. Be on time. Double check that you know where you’re going and when you need to be there.
Have a few questions up your sleeve to ask us. We want to get to know you. But we also hope you’re interested in getting to know us.
Try to keep calm. We want you to succeed. So, take a breath before you answer and think before you speak. Oh and don’t forget to turn your mobile phone off either.
