What makes our apprenticeships different?
We’re always thinking about your career development. You’ll get expert training and coaching; supporting you up to degree level if that’s your goal. We’ll pay you much more than the government’s minimum rate for apprenticeships, and you’ll be entitled to lots of great benefits.
Level 2 Retailer
As a customer team member apprentice you’ll play an important role in your local community. You’ll learn to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers and provide them with the best possible service– getting to know their needs inside and out.
Level 3 Business Administration
To keep growing and investing back in the community, we need team members with real commercial expertise. We’ll equip you with the knowledge and experience to build on your established skills. If you’re keen to progress your career in the future, this apprenticeship can help you achieve your goals.
Level 2 and Level 3 Funeralcare
Customers trust us to look after their loved ones after they’ve passed away. If you’re naturally caring and keen to do something worthwhile, this apprenticeship could be for you. Supporting families when they need it most will give you real satisfaction, and we’ll help you to develop the skills you need to build a uniquely rewarding career.
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
There’s a wide range of roles available within this programme. Some are service focused; others are more specialised (in areas like IT, digital, HR, communications and finance). If you’re hard working and adaptable you’ll find the right opportunity for you to realise your full potential.

Online assessment You just need to complete a basic Maths and English test allowing us to understand your functional skills at GCSE level or equivalent.
Phone call We’ll follow up on your application to make sure you’re still interested. On the call, we’ll give you some more information about what to expect during your interview.
Interview You’ll meet one of our managers and get more of a feel for the company. It will be a chance for you to show us your personality, demonstrate your hard-working attitude and share why you want to be a Co-op apprentice. You’ll get insight into what we look for before attending the interview but still make sure you do your research.
Your decision If you receive an offer you’ll be sent a contract electronically.. We’re here to answer all your questions and make the onboarding process as simple as possible.
